Tehnical Support , requirements:
1 year Experience on implementing of LAN / WAN and Internet Gateway / Proxy
Depth knowledge on TCP/IP, IP Subnetting and IP Routing
Depth knowledge on Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP and Linux
Expert on Computer Hardware, Computer Software and Network Devices
Has a good analytical and sense of trouble shooting
Age maximum 28 years old and with minimum D3 degree
Ability to handle any customers complaint with a good communication
Having good communication skills in both English and Indonesia
Willing to work professional in Shift System
Self motivated and ability to work in team or individual
