Engineering Manager
Requirements:
- Having 10 years experiences in the same field ( include 5 years in managerial level ), preferable from manufacturing company
- Male, max. 45 years old
- Engineering Degree S1 in Electrical, Mechanical and Industrial
- Proactive, persistent and innovative
- Have a good leadership and good communication skill
- Able to work independently or in a team
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Having competency of Leadership: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling
- Strong leadership skill and people management
- Willing to work hard and under pressure
- Willing to work in Sentul - Bogor
