Job Requirements:
- Have 15 years experience in similar function in upstream industry
- Have 8 years in Floating system projects involving Hull and Topsides design
- Graduate S1 in Engineering.
- Excellent Communication, negotiation and presentation skills, both Indonesia and English
- PC Literate with Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
- Proactive, hardworking and able to work in a dynamic workplace and able to work in a team.
- Have excellent interpersonal skill, energetic, mature, Honest, Discipline & dynamic
- Having good interpersonal and communication skill
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Having competency of Leadership: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling
- Strong leadership skill and people management
