Company in development and construction of railways, PT Bukit Asam Transpacific Railway operates as a subsidiary of PT Transpacific Railway Infrastructure join with team up with China Railway Group Limited to build a USD 4.8 billion coal railway project in South Sumatra. The two companies signed the engineering, procurement and construction contract in Beijing on March 23, 2010. PT Bukit Asam TransPacific Railway is a joint venture company between TransPacific Railway Infrastructure, state-owned coal producer PT Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam and China Railway Engineering Corp.

Region Manager, Land Acquisition

Job Requirements:

  • Have 7 years of working experience in land acquisition for corporation
  • Have experience managing large team 40-60 people
  • Knowledge and experience in South Sumatra and Lampung would be an advantages
  • Graduate S1 any major
  • Willing for extensive travelling to remote area
  • Able to use database program for Land Administration
  • Proficiency in english communication, both verbal and writing

Job Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate the information from land stacking to the land acquisition activities.
  • To manage and coordinate a combination both of internal team and external team/vendors to successfully acquire the land.
  • To solve critical problems may arise during the acquisition period.
  • To communicate with other external parties including government or local agency.
  • To ensure that the land acquired has the proper legal status, certification and other required documentations in needed.
  • To coordinate the legal status of the land with legal department.
  • To coordinate the payments method according to the agreed/approved SOP of the company.
  • To provide feedback and weekly reports regarding the land acquisition status including time, budget, and constrain status.

Land Acquisition Analyst
Job Requirements:

  • Have 10 years of working experience in property consultant or real estate agents
  • Knowledge and experience in South Sumatra and Lampung would be an advantages
  • Able to use database program for Land Administration
  • Graduate min S1related backgorund
  • Posses marketing skills and good analytical
  • Excellent Communication, negotiation and presentation skills, both Indonesia and English

Job Responsibilities:

  • To collect data and information of land price and land legal status
  • To conduct field survey whenever necessary to obtain land price and market information
  • To work with internal and external parties and coordinate various sources including consultants or real estate agents to obtain market comparables for the purpose of land market analysis
  • To review, evaluate market information and conduct market study using several methods of comparison
  • To perform a comprehensive market analysis
  • To correlate market price with various potential legal status of the property
  • Create Land Price - Market Parameter to be used as guidelines during the acquisition
