Field Safety Supervisor - Jakarta Raya
Job Requirements:

• Have 3-5 years working experiences Health, Safety & Environment, preferably has experience in Oil and Gas industry
• Previous experience in seismic data acquisition is preferred.
• Male 27 – 45 years old
• Min education Senior Technical High School STM SMK graduate
• Good command of written and spoken English is desirable but not essential.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work in a multi-cultured environment
• A well organized team player with the ability to manage others
• Proactive, hardworking and able to work in a dynamic workplace and able to work in a team.
• Have excellent interpersonal skill, energetic, mature, Honest, Discipline & dynamic

Job Description and Responsibilities:
Reporting to Field Operations Supervisor, the candidate will be responsible for correct implementation of the HSE work scope related to seismic operations in the Company’s onshore exploration areas. The primary focus of the candidate shall be worker safety and the health of Company and its Contractors’ personnel which will be achieved by monitoring compliance to established safe work practices and providing preventative training when necessary or required.

Key Job Responsibilities include:
Assure correct implementation of the HSE plan during the execution of the project.
Actively contribute to the realization of the project HSE objectives.
Act as the focal point for HSE aspects during the field operations phase.
Support and control the correct implementation of the Project HSE plan.
Assure the correct implementation of the Permit To Work system.
Participate and contribute to Risk Workshops, Job Hazard Analyses, Toolbox meetings, Work Statements and other safety meetings with Contractors.
Participate in near miss and safety incident investigation as per the Investigation Procedure and assure the follow up of the recommendations.
Report on a monthly basis the Project HSE performance to the Management Team and stakeholders.
Monitor the HSE performance of the construction work on a daily basis
