Total Productive Maintenance Coordinator (Code: TPM)
Job Requirements :

• Have 3 years experience in maintenance, engineering and/or similar position
• Preferably from Industrial or Manufacturing
• Having strong leadership, and good analytical skill
• Male, min age 26
• Graduate S1 Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering
• Good english communication skill is a must (both written and spoken)
• Proactive, hardworking and able to work in a dynamic workplace and able to work in a team.
• Have excellent interpersonal skill, energetic, mature, Honest, Discipline & dynamic

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Develop of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program according to company standards
• Using a criticality analysis across the factory to gain the quickest overall factory performance.
• Provide Zero Product Defects, Zero Equipment unplanned failures and Zero Accidents continuously
• Maximize plant and equipment effectiveness to achieve the optimum life cycle of production equipment
