Regional PST Product Manager (S.E.A.) - based in Singapore
Job requirements :
- Have 5 yrs of experience in Al/Steel pre-paint & Powder Coatings applications and/or Paint Detackification industry, preferably with a Sales & Marketing, and Technical support background;
- Have experience & Expertise in the design/operations of Paint booths and paint Detackification system would be an added advantage;
- Graduate min Diploma D3 or S1 in Microbiology/Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or equivalent;
- A Proactive, task oriented person whom is able to work independently as well as in a team;
- Good communications, interpersonal and presentation skills are essential;
- Ability to lead/influence key decision makers/local teams to secure new business opportunities;
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills, receptive to new ideas and willingness to take on added responsibilities;
- Process a proven track record in developing and expanding Pre-paint, Paint Stripping and Paint Detackification markets in Automotive & Motorcycle Industries.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- You will be responsible for developing product marketing strategy to promote Atotech’s range of Al paint pretreatment chemicals, Paint Strippers and our biological Paint Detackification System to the pre-paint, Powder & E-Coatings and Paint Detackification industries.
- You will lead the regional PST team in driving growth in our key Automotive/Motorcycle industry in the SEA region.
- You will manage and maintain effective relationship with key accounts in the region, together with the local teams. In addition to the product management function, you will also need to be involved in sales & technical support activities in Singapore to support the local sales team.
