Onsite Medical Services Officer (Jakarta)
As part of a small team, you will work as one of the assistants of our On Site Medical Services Manager and you will be in charge of various tasks such as HR management, logistics & travel assistance, ticketing and reporting aspects for our multiple existing sites.
Job Requirements:
- Have 2 years experience in same position
- Having good knowledge and good relation with all medical related sectors and oil, gas and mining industry will be an advantage
- Have experience Proven track record as Project Manager, handling multiple and complex projects, and
- Have experience Proven track record in handling logistic & human resources aspects of projects, or
- Have experience Proven track record in any HR position in the Oil and Gas / Mining industries
- Graduated S1 in any relevant fields such as HR Or Medical Doctor
- Good in English both written and spoken will be an advantage
- Good knowledge and experience with ISO 9000, 18002, and 14000 will be an advantage
- Proactive, Thorough, and Systematic thinking
- Multitasked and customer oriented with positive thinking
- Willing to travel regularly within Indonesian archipelago
