Technical Helpdesk
Qualification:
- Have 3 year and above related experience in the product expansion/solutions in the telecommunication industry, and at least 4 years working experience.
- Related work experience in target Operators and telecoms vendors.
- Bachelor degree S1 and above in IT related majors preferable.
- Possess excellent English speaking, reading and writing skills.
- Solution Schemes Design: Possess good abilities in certain product business/solutions design in the mobile telecommunication terminal area. Used to participate in the operation of mid- and large-scale project. Have rich experience in project operation and customer solution schemes design (with typical cases).
- Market Planning: Have strong abilities in the discovery and analysis of market trend and opportunities. Be able to formulate pertinent product strategies and market planning (with typical cases).
- Product Expansion: Able to conduct technology communications, negotiation and clarification of large- and mid-scale project independently and skillfully. Be able to conduct the formulation and fulfillment of product expansion strategies independently.
- Customer Communication: Possess good communication relations and influence with mid- and low-level of marketing, technology and other departments from local target key operators. Able to handle customer queries effectively.
