Subsea Engineering Manager
Qualification:
- Have more 25 years of experience preferably in design for the upstream oil and gas industry including 5 years in a managerial position and minimum 15 years in offshore oil and gas Subsea engineering projects.
- Strong Subsea Engineering experience managing large SURF and EPCI projects.
- Good knowledge of subsea structures; pipelines, flexibles, flow assurance, control systems, etc.
- Bachelor Degree S1 or Master Degree in Engineering
- Fluency in English language is a must.

Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and be the focal point on all subsea engineering matters for the region.
- Support the Business Development group in developing strategy for winning subsea projects.
- Lead the successful execution of subsea engineering jobs.
- Develop best-in-class subsea engineering capabilities in the region.
- Plan, forecast and manage the resources of the Subsea Engineering Division within the policies and objectives of the company.
- Provide Project Management and Design Engineering services directly to third-party customers and the company's other construction and engineering business units.
- Control labour utilisation levels and non-labour costs; identify new markets and opportunities to maximise utilization.
- Build strong relationships with client management and engineering teams.
