Capital Project Analysts
IPA's Singapore office has openings for analysts who can contribute to studying the factors that determine success in complex, technologically advanced projects in the Chemicals, Refining, Consumer Products, Pharmaceuticals and/or Upstream (Exploration and Production) Oil and Gas Industries.

Qualification:
Hold Master Degree (or higher) or equivalent in engineering, science (physics, chemistry, geology, or biology), operations research, economics, or allied fields and/or relevant work experience.

For Upstream Analysts, we are seeking personnel with relevant work experience in either Subsurface (including geology, geophysics, reservoir engineering, production operations, or drilling and completion functions of the industry) or E&P Facilities engineering (such as subsea system engineering, structural engineering, topsides process engineering, or hook-up and commissioning aspects of E&P facilities).
Analysts must have effective written and oral communication skills and the interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships at senior levels with client companies. The position requires solid analytical skills and the ability to analyze and understand various levels of metrics in the assessment of overall project status.
Applicants must be willing to travel extensively. Travel is within Asia and is primarily on weekdays.

Responsibilities:
Analyst position responsibilities include collecting and analyzing project technical data, writing reports, giving client presentations, and working directly with capital project teams and project organizations to improve business competitiveness.
