Min Qualification:
- Have 3 years experience in the same position in similar industry, preferably from multinational company
- Strong technical knowledge in manufacturing machinery and facility both mechanical and electrical
- Strong competency in technical problem solving and trouble-shooting related to manufacturing machinery and equipment
- Bachelor Degree S1 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from reputable university
- Strong analytical thinking related to OPEX and CAPEX
- Proven port folio in managing engineering infra structure set up or engineering development projects in multinational manufacturing companies (for PEM)
- Hands on with TPM implementation
- Strong leadership and managerial skill
- Excellent English communication skill both spoken and written
