BCA Development Program (BDP)
Qualification:

• Bachelor degree S1 or S2 IPK 3.00 (scale 4:00) for S1 , and at least 3:25 (4:00 scale) for S2
• Male/Female age maximum 25 years (for S1) and 27 years (for S2)
• Communication systematic
• High Power analysis
• Proactive, hardworking and able to work in a dynamic workplace and able to work in a team.
• Have excellent interpersonal skill, energetic, mature, Honest, Discipline & dynamic
• Hard worker with good interpersonal skills and integrity
• Good interpersonal skill with creative, innovative, self resourceful, trustworthy, honest, hard-working, independent.
• Not married and not willing to marry for education
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
• Willing to undergo after the bond department of education
• Drug-Free
• Passed in the selection
• Work Location: Through out Indonesia
