Senior Mechanical Engineer (Oil & Gas - Manufacturing/EPC)
Qualifications:
- Lead and mentor a group of engineers and shop personnel through project/tender/FEED execution.
- Assists with performance appraisal and development of engineers competency.
- Technically related tasks:
- Have 5 years experience in Design Engineering in the Oil and Gas industry, preferably subsea sector.
- Good understanding of project and production dynamics
- Creates, reviews and approves designs, drawings, DBI (Data Base Information), specifications and procedures.
- Ensure that projects meet specifications, standards, performance requirements, within quoted cost and schedule of project package.
- Ensure the practice of established engineering processes during the execution of project/tender/FEED package.
- Application of industry codes for subsea systems, i.e. ANSI, DNV, API and ISO.
- Establish and maintain a best engineering practice.
- Engineering interface against the other function areas in the product group, related discipline groups and the product responsible.
- Take lead technical role for a work package in a project/tender/FEED.
- Acts as single technical point of contact for project/tender/FEED package. Communicates directly with internal/external personnel and customer.
- Establish and maintain engineering planning and schedule for a work package/tenderder/FEED.
- Good Engineering Degree
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

COST ACCOUNTANT
Qualifications:
- Have 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in cost accounting function in a manufacturing environment
- Solid exposure to standard cost and job cost accounting
- Bachelor Degree S1 in Accountancy
- Practical experience with integrated ERP systems and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Detail oriented with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin.

DOCUMENT CONTROLLER – PROJECT COORDINATOR
Responsibilities
- Preparation of Vendor Data Books and the Management of Project activity.
- Participate in project meetings, taking notes and review client documentation requirement
- Liaison with client on the project documentation compilation, submission, revision and final MDR/VDB submission
- Weekly monitoring and following-up with clients on approval of documentation submissions
- Keeping track on all final MDR/VDB submissions dateline for release of retention payments (if any).
- Keeping record and archiving all hard and soft copies of completed MDR/VDB
- Managing the soft copies (CD) compilation, book-marking and storing.
- Expediting sales orders and organizing deliveries/collections with clients and suppliers
- Working closely with commercial staff on issues pertaining to discrepancies found on the sales order and seek clarity on any “ambiguous” items/issues.
- Updating company order status of any progress made on orders for weekly sales meeting
- Project progress reporting
- Review and make comparison of freight quotes and seek final approval prior in engaging the forwarders.
- Coordinating 3rd party inspections, cutting and testing (if any)
- Review and match-up mill test certificates against sales order prior to QA Manager approval
- Administrative work such as preparation of commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, GRN, dispatch, filing, distribution and dispatching of invoices packages.
- To follow-up with clients or any parties for export permit and BL required by Finance Dept.
- Working closely with Rep. offices in progress reporting and expediting of orders
