- Minimum Vocational High School graduation majoring Hotel
- Have 6 months as Receptionist/Reservation Trainee in Hotel industry
- Can operate Fidelio will be an advantage.
- Languages essential: Bahasa Indonesia, English
- Responsible for smooth check-in, check-out (individual guest or group), posting all transactions and reporting.
- Has good knowledge of hotel information and Accor programs, rate structure, activities, product, housekeeping and front office tasks and procedures, room availability, peak season or fully booked
- ays full attention to guest’s demands, especially when dealing with handling any request and complaint.
- Arrange all pick-up / transfer services.
- Handle wake-up call requests
- Fluent in English both oral and written, good skill in operating micro soft office.
- Have a good interpersonal communication skill, details & service oriented.
- Good personality, honest, self motivated and able to work under pressure
