MARINE SPECIALIST
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor Degree of Science in Engineering
Have 5 years applicable experience in off shore oil & gas FSO/FPSoperation facilities & maintenance or D3 graduated in Marine with at least 10 (ten) years applicable experience in off shore oil & gas FSO/FPSoperation facilities & maintenance.
Has Broad of perspective of project management, production, maintenance and engineering knowledge.
Excellent interpersonal, communication skills & been working in operation team responsible for coordination of overall FSO/FPSoperation facilities & maintenance operation activities.
Familiar with EHS, industrial codes & standards, procedures in execution operations
The candidate must have good oral and written English communication skills with pleasant disposition, proficient in MS office and IT savvy.
MATERIAL SPECIALIST
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
Min Diploma Degree D3 graduated with at least 5 (five) years applicable experience in oil & gas including at least 2 (two) years in project material function.
Has knowledge of applicable industry practices, applicable government regulations
Experiences working in project team responsible for procurement on similar project and experiences in the use of computer program applicable tthe control of procurement and expediting of project materials
The candidate must have good oral and written English communication skills
Sr. PROPOSAL & BID ESTIMATOR ENGINEER
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
Have 5 years experience as proposal & bid estimator engineer in oil & gas industry
Bachelor degree in engineering
Good Command in english passive & active is a must
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good computer literacy
Able tjoin us immediately
Responsibilities
Preparing Technical Proposal with Operation Dept (e.g. Project Execution and Quality Plan)
Liaise with internal departments (QHSE, Engineering, Finance &Accounting, Procurement) regarding tender requirements that must be fulfilled by internal departments and compile them inta proposal package that met these tender requirements within the agreed deadlines.
Assisting with coordination of all pre-award correspondence with the client.
Assisting with tender pre-qualification submissions.
Updating the Proposals Leader/Tender Manager on a regular basis about progress and areas of difficulty.
Providing input for the estimating process and reviewing output.
Assisting in the coordination of full handover tthe Project Manager after award
