CHIEF PROJECT OFFICER
Qualifications :
- Have 5 years expert in the sama position,
- Expert in hotel projects (4 stars to 5 stars rated hotels),.
- Preferably Senior Management/General Manager/CEO/VP/Directors specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Mature and strong in leadership,
- Fluent in English both in correspondences & conversation,
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Civil), Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
- Placement : Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring projects are in accordance with timeline, budget & strategy,
- The incumbent has to lead & manage the overall project divisions,
- Problem solving and decission making upon projects and operational projects condionts,
LEGAL OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- The incumbent must compent in drafting and reviewing legal documents,
- Fluent in English verbal and correspondences,
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Law .
- Have 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in Business and/or Corporate merger & acquisitions, projects, properties.

LEGAL ADMIN
Responsibilities:
- Responsible of legal documents.
- Indexing legal documents.
- Storing legal documents.
Qualifications :
- Have 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Min Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Secretarial or equivalent.
- Fluent in English both verbal & correspondences.
- Familiar with legal administrations.
