Sr. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Qualification & Experience:
- Have 10 year experiences in design engineering for Oil & Gas projects
- Bachelor Degree S1 in Electrical Degree
- Good performed in using ETAP software
Responsibilities:
- Manage for preparation and issue of all electrical deliverables (including MR/TBE/Specs/Data Sheets design documents and calculations) in accordance with project deliverable register’ and schedule. Ensure that all electrical aspect meet with Client requirement and International Standard.
- Complete IDC (Inter Discipline Check) and review of vendor documents / drawings
- Prepare the basic designs and issue them to the drafting supervisor for preparation of the drawing
- Upon drawing completion, she/he is responsible for checking and ensuring that all documents, drawings prepared are correct
- To prepare any work procedures that are deemed necessary for manufacturing, handling, assembling or lifting of the equipment according to client requirement.
- Review prepared drawing and document to comply with the code, standards and specifications for correctness and possibility to be fabricated.
- Prepare specs, data sheet, MR, TBE for all type of electrical equipment
Sr. PIPING ENGINEER
Qualification & Experience:
- Have 10 year experiences in design engineering for Oil & Gas project
- Bachelor Degree S1 in Mechanical Degree
- Good knowledge of project management, procurement, construction and planning as related to process equipment
- Good knowledge on standard international code of ASME, ANSI, API.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparation and lay out piping design and ensure all aspect meet with Client requirements or International Standard.
- Check and discuss with other discipline engineer and drafting office to ensure other discipline comment to be incorporated with piping design.
- Develop and design Piping Engineering related documents in order to meet project and client requirement.
- Prepare Piping Calculation/Datasheet/Specifications.
- Review In House & Vendor Document/Drawings.
- Check and discuss with other discipline engineer and drafting office to ensure other discipline comment to be incorporated with piping design.
- Review PID/UFD
- Review & Coordinate material selection for the project
- Prepare Piping Material requisitions
- Prepare technical bid evaluation for valves, pipe/fittings, piping specialty items, etc
STRUCTURE ENGINEER
Qualification & Experience:
- Have 5 year experiences in design engineering for Oil & Gas projects
- Bachelor Degree S1 in Civil Degree
- Good knowledge in using STAAD
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparation of structure calculation and skid design and ensure all aspect meet with Client requirements or International Standard.
- Check and discuss with other discipline engineer and drafting office to ensure other discipline comment to be incorporated with structure design.
- Prepare and responsible to produce calculation note (structure size, structure beam arrangement, pile driving, lifting arrangement, spreader bor size, etc.)
- Prepare and responsible to produce transportation procedure
- Check and review section property at the structure material (beam, channel, etc.)
- Prepare technical vendor evaluation base on Client requirement.
- Check an review structure drawing
- Prepare notice at change (NOC) to fabricator via engineering manager
