MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR - Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya)
Qualification & Experience:
- Have 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, with minimum 4 years in Supervisory level
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Maintenance/Repair or equivalent.
- Familiar and experienced with CATERPILLAR
- Min Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- Have a good understanding in Basic Mechanical and Engine Diesel is a must
- Having an experience in Electrical Technician and NDT will be an advantage
- Proven experienced in managing > 30 subordinates
- Proven record in Supervisory Job

Responsibilities:
- Under broad direction, organizes and coordinates all activities associated with maintaining Halliburton equipment at multiple facilities.
- Responsible for ensuring the duties of the Maintenance department are performed in a safe, efficient and effective manner.
- Develop and implement programs to ensure safety within the Equipment Maintenance group.
- Develop and implement programs to ensure Service Quality and equipment reliability.
- Coordinate the acquisition, transfer/delivery, retirement and disposal of equipment.
- Develop and implement and/or maintain processes and measures to insure the accuracy of SAP data. Supervises others either directly or through subordinates.
- Coordinates diverse activities within a functional area.
- Plans work and administers policies.
