Qualification & Experience:
- Have 2 years in a similar Business Environment.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management or Finance
- Good written and verbal communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Able to use Microsoft Office Application
Responsibilities:
- Gathering latest information on power projects in Indonesia for further strategic analysis.
- Supporting MD in preparing Monthly Business Review Presentation, Business Strategic Plan, Business Action Plan and Supply Chain Reporting and KPI
- Preparing other local & global presentation, and market analyzing in Power & Energy industries in Indonesia that may affect our businesses; as well as VIP arrangements for top management and other high-ranked people visiting Alstom factory.
- Maintaining MD's calendar.
- Preparing and maintaining MD's expense reports.
- Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences including taking minutes of meeting and follow up on actions.
- Maintaining hard copy and electronic filing system.
- Coordinating project-based work.
