- Understand about maintanance building and another firm revaluation
- Can control and analyses outsourcing's employ
- Can control and analyses ATK'S requirement
- Drudge, productive, on hands, and gets to work under pressure
- Discipline, on the level and play by play
- Having good communication ability and gets to work team's ala and also individual
