TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT STAFF - Jawa Tengah - Semarang
Qualification & Experience:
- Have 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
- Having good communication skills in both English and Indonesia
- Applicants must be willing to work in Semarang.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
- Full-Time and Contract position available.
Responsibilities:
- Must have good skill in organizational, presentation, communication (both verbal and written), and strategic thinking.
- Planning, designing, developing, implementing and providing training and development programs and materials based on both the organization’s and the individual's needs by using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops;
- Considering the costs of planned programes and keeping within budgets;
- Creating, amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment;
- Coordinating with internal units and external providers;
- Creating and maintaining database of training modules and providers;
- Administration work as required.
- Conducting pre and post training evaluation.
