SEO MANAGER & ANALYST - Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:
- Having more 3 years implementing successful SEO programs and possess strong understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, and email marketing
- 3+ years management experience
- 3+ years web development experience
- Experience working in an e-commerce, developing multi-site strategies a plus
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical personnel
- Strong copywriting skills for online marketing and Search Engine Optimization
- Undergraduate Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related subjects
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to interpret large quantities of data, with a keen ability to translate data into actionable, strategic plans
- Proficiency in use of Google Analytic or other web analytics platforms (e.g., Omniture, Quantcast, Piwik, etc) to analyze and identify trends & issues, and to drive improvement of results and find solutions
- Highly skilled with relevant paid and free SEO, PPC, Keyword Research and Reporting Tools (e.g., Google AdWords, Google Insights for Search, Facebook, Twitter, Yahoo, Bing, Microsoft AdCenter)
- Understanding of how to leverage SEO & PPC interaction to enhance performance across channels
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and search ranking factors (e.g., sitemaps, URL structures, link building, site architecture, keyword research & targeting, landing page optimization),
- FAMILIAR WITH plus web development processes (e.g. Agile) and technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS,JavaScript, AJAX, PHP, jQuery)
- Knowledge of HTML5 & CSS3 a plus
- Experience with developing and executing successful link building strategies
- Strong and proven ability to optimize site architecture and improve organic rankings for targeted keywords
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and able to prioritize daily work efficiently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal
- Eagerness to learn and grow, as well as educate the organization on latest SEO, SEM, SMM tactics & techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain SEO strategy and project plan
- Plan, test and successfully execute SEO initiatives
- Use quantitative analysis and experimentation to develop and implement new SEO techniques
- Regularly review and update site content, including but not limited to meta data, landing pages, product content, and social media to ensure maximum rankings for targeted keywords
- Stay up to date and educate the organization on latest SEO tactics and techniques
- Optimize site architecture with content and product teams
- Manage reporting and communication of metrics within organization
- Optimize link and landing pages for conversion from search engines
- Analyze search industry data and perform competitive analysis in organic search
- Define, schedule and support SEO projects
- Create and improve internal SEO best practices
- Interact and maintain strong working relationships across teams, including Content, IT, Marketing
