TECHNICAL STAFF SIDOARJO (11512) SIDOARJO (JAWA TIMUR)
Qualification & Experience:
- Basic conceptual in tobacco ink or coating including the technical and practical aspects. Having knowledge and 2 (two) years experience in coating or ink industry will be preferred.
- Male, 23- 30 years old
- Diploma (D3)/Bachelor Degree (S1) of Chemical from reputable Universities in Indonesia with a good academic record.
- Posses technical analysis, problem solving, conceptualization as well as communication skill. Skills in R & D (Colour Match is advantage).
- Willing to be located in Surabaya Branch
Responsibilities:
- Assist technical supervisor in laboratory activity, including performing color matching, raw materials testing and product evaluation in order to accomplished job assignments as well as maintaining good documentation and keeping safe working environment. Identify and performs troubleshooting activity at production and customer in order to overcome problems occur at production process or customer. Performs and execute all job assignment including sample making, technical data request in order to ensure maximum support for production and sales. Ensure all development result including color matching formulas, master samples were well documented and arrange in order to have complete and accurate data. Performs all health, safety and environment roles in technical laboratory in order to have safe working environment. Give report and suggestion to ensure the working places in safe and healthy condition. Participate in identification HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) as per their area and activities. Actively participate in continual improvement program of ISO 9001 and SMK3.
