MECHANIC SUPERVISOR - Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 5 years experience as a Mechanic and 2 years of supervision
- Good in reporting especially in using Ms. Word and Ms. Excell
- Familiar with drilling equipment (Jacro 175 and Longyear 38)
- Having a minimum Mechanical Diploma Degree
- Having strong motivation
- Able to lead, organize and provide direction to employees, supportive, communicative and able to work under pressure
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager
- Ensure that the maintenance goals are achieved by following the procedures that settled out by the company and client
- Communication and reporting
- Ensure maximum communication level are maintained between workshop and operational, regarding breakdown, safety and prioritizing of equipment repairs
- Analysis of component condition and recommendation of parts required
- Ensure correct procedure used when t when troubleshooting breakdowns and failures
- Ensure submission report to the company with repair and parts recommendation
- Ensure to raise recommendations parts list accurately to address all known work, breakdowns and planned maintenance
- Ensure all repairs are carried out with effective cost and timely manner
- Investigation and reporting of all accident damage to all equipment in the field and associated area
- Ensure a safe working environment for all employee by ensure all activities are carry out according to the work of Company and Client Procedures
- Ensure that there is no impact on the environment from the activities that are carried out to operate and repair equipment by ensuring that the company and client procedures are followed
- Ensure that all maintenance tasks are carried out in a safe, timely and cost effective manner
