Qualification & Experience:
- Having 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Female, age preferably between 25 and 35 years old.
- Possess at least a Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Having good communication skills in both English and Indonesia
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Good in komputer skills.
- Have a good analytical thinking & ability to perform.
- Characteristics: trustworthy, willingness to learn, loyal, good interpersonal skills and motivated.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to work in a team.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Take all incoming telephone calls and messages.
- Make a data entry of all expenses paid.
- Check all the expenses paid from the customers.
- Manage sales administrative works.
- Check and order the goods.
