SAFETY AND HEALTH ENGINEER - Jawa Barat - Cikarang
Qualification & Experience:
- Having min 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Having strong knowledge & skill in EHS Management System (ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001), risk assessment technique, local EHS regulation, internal auditor, Ahli K3.
- Having strong leadership, communication, and manage complexity.
- Bachelor's Degree, from Engineering, Health/Safety, or equivalent.
- Strong command in English, both written and spoken.
- Willing to work in Cikarang.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Manage safety and health program
- Ensure the implementation of Safety and Health Management System
- Implement L'Oreal and local regulation
- Manage risk assessment, safety validation, and safety inspection
- Manage and provide leadership on the implementation of contractors safety program
- Manage the employee participation program, including the animation of functioning EHS Committee
- Manage & implement safety campaign and training program
- Manage industrial hygiene and ergonomic program
- Manage emergency preparedness organization
- Manage continuos improvement program
