SENIOR MINE ENGINEER (SME) / MINE ENGINEER (ME)
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 3 years working experience in the same position (Preferable in coal mining industries)
- Good knowledge in management mining equipment, costing and budgeting operation
- Familiar with SURPAC / MINEX / XPAC mining software
- Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
- Preferable hold POP Certification
- Able to control, manage and review term of quality data for planning purposes and compare with production requirements (Short Term and Long Term for SME / Short Term for ME)
SENIOR MODELLING & RESOURCES GEOLOGIST (SRG)
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 3 years working experience in the same position (Preferable in coal mining industries)
- Bachelor Degree in Geology Engineering
- Good ability in Geological Modelling with MINESCAPE (Stratamodel)
- Have experience as mine geologist
- Good analytical thinking, hard working, proactive and self starter
SENIOR ACCOUNTING (SAC) / ACCOUNTING STAFF (ACS)
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 3 years working experiences in the same position (preferable experience in KAP)
- Experience in costing, accounting analyze and financial statement audit (SAC)
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related field
- Preferable hold a Registered or Certified Accountant (SAC)
- Familiar with accounting standart
SENIOR SITE ADMIN (SSA) / SITE ADMIN (SA)
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 3 years working experience in the same position (preferable in coal mining industries)
- Min Diploma Degree, preferable majoring in administration, law or management
- Understand of Personnel System and Legal
- Familiar with Mining & PEB document permit
- Strong leadership, discipline and hard working
MINE MANAGER (MM)
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 8 years experience in mining with min 5 years in managerial post
- Proven experience in managing mine planning teams
- Good knowledge in Mining Software (SURPAC / MINEX / XPAC)
- Familiar with AMDAL
- Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
- Preferable hold POU Certification
- Financial skills to handle capital appropriation, costing and budget responsibility
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Excellent in analytical, problem solving and report writing skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Commitment to implement safety and environment regulations
TECHNICAL & SUPPORT DEPT HEAD (TSH)
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience in coal mining system and good knowledge in survey
- Have a good knowledge and understand with UU, KEPMEN, PP, Regulation of Mining Preparation, mining activities and environment
- Experience in making FS Permit Reports, RR,RPT and presentation to Government
- Bachelor Degree in Mining / Geology Engineering
- Preferable hold POM Certification
- Good knowledge in contract with consultant/contractor, make and give input regarding contracts composition and any qualifications required in order to align terms and conditions to company’s contracting principles
- Able to maintain communication with government
- Familiar with Auto Cad, Map Info and Power Point
HSE SUPERVISOR (HSES) / HSE OFFICER (HSEO)
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 3 years working experience in the same position (preferable in coal mining industries)
- Preferable hold POP nor AK3 Certification
- Familiar with OHSAS 18001 & SMK3 standart
- Bachelor Degree in Technical, Mining, Environmental, Diploma Safety Engineering or equivalent
- Strong experience especially in coal mining project, which include safe working procedures, job safety analysis (JSA) and emergency response team
MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (MCS) / MAINTENANCE FOREMAN (MCF)
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 2 years working experience in the same position (Preferable in coal mining industries)
- Minimum Diploma Degree
- Experience in equipment maintenance; Crusher, Conveyor (able to handle gear box, splicing belt, welding, etc)
PURCHASING OFFICER (PO)
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 2 years working experience in the same position
- Bachelor Degree in any major
- Good knowledge and understand supply chain, inventory control, good in negotiation and documentation
- Computer Literate (MS Office)
LEGAL STAFF (LGS)
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 4 years working experience in handle land permit and disputes
- Bachelor Degree in Law
- Preferable hold a registered or certificate lawyer
- Good knowledge of the latest regulation in mining and land
