FRONTLINER (CS-TELLER) - BANDUNG
Qualification & Experience:

  • Having 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
  • Min Diploma, any field with minimum GPA 2.70 / 4.00.
  • Single with maximum 27 year of age.
  • Computer literate & ability to work in computerized environment.
  • Excellent selling and networking skills (Customer Service Oriented)
  • Good personality, attractive & good appearance
  • Good communication, service oriented, honest, highly motivated, hard worker, highly accuracy, excellent administration, disciplined
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Good Command in English
  • Willing to be Placed in Jabodetabek Area

SERVICE SUPERVISOR - BANDUNG
Qualification & Experience:
  • Having 3 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
  • Required skill(s): computer literate, leadership skill, english communication, Customer Service And Relationship Management.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the branch manager in managing the sub-branch activities
  • Lead and direct the daily activities for Frontliners and oversee Frontliners to ensure smooth running of the daily work and the application of the most recent processes and procedures
  • Ensure adequate attitude and appearance of self and Frontliners
  • Provide cross-sell leads to Frontliner team
  • Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with customers
  • Maintain frontliners area files, database, records, registers and logs under control
  • Enhance the Bank’s image through pro-active customer-driven servicing of their needs to exceed customer expectations
  • Monitor service quality indicators and take corrective measures to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Liaise with Service Quality to follow-up on escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of the same
  • Ensure smooth operations, and timely and friendly service delivery
