Qualification & Experience:
- Having 1-2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Male/Female max 34 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
- Able to work in a team and under pressure
- Working knowledge in project scheduling, purchasing process
- Plan and manage inventory levels of materials or products.
- Computer literate
- Full-Time position(s) available.
FINANCE STAFF 2 - Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 1-2 year of working experience
- Minimal D3 in accounting, financial management, banking
- Minimal 2 experience year at positioning same
- In store insurance / health surety
- Responsibilities:
- Filling is firm documents, one that in reference to finance
- Menjurnal and checks transaksi Account Payable / Account Receivable
- Monitoring and on hands for cash expenditure (petty cash, voucher / cash form's monitoring), bank (demand deposit / cheque) as medium of exchange of firm
- Making ready account payable bill already maturity value
- Crosscheck and verfikasi is reimbursement /'s reporting operational substitution
- Make details of and corporate Family expenditure reporting (Cash reporting / Head Office's operational and countryside)
- Memonitoring and gets cashier work responsibility
- On hands memfollow up / payment confirmation goes to vendor
- Making ready reporting entire according to finance data for annual report
