CARGO SUPERVISOR (UPG STATION) - Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 2 years in international cargo airline industry
- Male maximum 35 years of age
- Minimum D1, Familiar with computer (Microsoft Office and Email)
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Have Basic cargo certificate and Dangerous Goods certificate will be advantage
- Willing to be posted outside origin
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities: Report to Cargo executive
- Ensure the immaculacy of working environment and the completeness of workinE tools such as computer unit, lnternet network, printer, Handy Talkie and other labor support equipment functioning properly and perfectly
- Check and read email messages related to the operation of cargo and reply / answer every email message related to customer service and cargo operations
- lnspect and monitor the flight schedule and do the coordination with relevant parties (Warehouse, ground handling, agents and other operational units) if there are changes to the intended flight. (Change of schedule, plane registration, parking booths, etc.)
- lnspect and monitor the load and the availability of cargo space on any scheduled flight, according to shift assignment
- lnspect and monitor the AACS (Air Asia Cargo System) on every flight reservation in accordance with the shift task with a Booking Queue, Over Booked Cargo, Cargo transit, Special Cargo, Cargo Offload Re-Plan, No Show Cargo process as well as doing the FBL (Freight Booked List) on each flight at 6 (six ) hours prior to ETD according to shift assignment
- Monitor and report the performance of the Warehouse and ground handling services related to cargo operations starting from the cargo receipt of outgoing / incoming, the build-up of cargo, cargo documentation, cargo with drawals to / from the aircraft and the loading / unloading cargo on aircraft
- Ensure communication between the operational units (between warehouses, ground handling, origin station, destination station and other departments) related to the operational service of cargo can be carried out effectively and efficiently
- Record and report the data related to transportation operations and data information into a file report irregularities and report to the Supervisor or a related party. (MSCA, FDCA, Missing document, Misroute, Damage, etc.)
- Plan, check and send cargo plan to the department / station concerned
- Carry out daily operations closely, carefully and responsibly and in accordance with the provisions of the company
- Responsible for the daily operations for both inbound and outbound flights
- Monitor cargo uplift and discharge of all flights are safe, correct and good packing conditions
- Check and verify the daily handling shipments documents
- Check all items of cargo are properly marked, labeled and packages are in good conditions
- Check any exceptional case whereby we need to extend, ensure take correct decision
- Attend and monitor cargo loading and unloading at aircraft side
- Ensure all cargo loading and unloading is done on time. (25 minutes turn around)
