Qualification & Experience:
- Has 3 years experience in warehousing, material systems, logistics, and/or supply base, in oil & gas industry/PSC
- Familiar with SAP and knowledgeable on rigging & HSE
- Min. Diploma Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business or other related discipline from accredited college or university
- Good command in English, both written and speaking
- Computer literacy
- Work location: PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi – West Madura Offshore (PHE WMO), Gresik – Lamongan base

- Under direction of Supervisor Supply Base, responsible for handling goods / equipment and coordinating the effective and efficient stock and inventory control as well as data control of materials, in order to support the operations materials in rendering services to other departments for the smooth operations of the Company
SPECIALIST QA/QC SUPPLY CHAIN - Gresik (Jawa Timur)
Qualification & Experience:
- Has 5 years experience in warehousing, material systems, logistics, and/or supply base, in oil & gas industry/PSC
- Familiar with SAP
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business or other related discipline from accredited college or university
- Good command in English, both written and speaking
- Computer literacy
- Work location: PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi – West Madura Offshore (PHE WMO), Gresik -Lamongan base
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Under direction and supervision from Superintendent Field Logistic Operations, coordinates and supervises all activities of the QA/QC of warehouse materials, in order to support the smooth operations of the Company.
- Ensure all materials/parts received are brand new and can be properly used by customer/User Departments, and takes actions for any materials that are damaged or not in accordance with Purchase Order, Contract Purchase and Service
- Develops and implements procedures and applications that allow effective and transparent management, administration and recording of QA/QC materials activities
- Conduct trend analysis of inspection reports to identify basic cause of major or repeated deficiencies that lead to downtime and high operating costs
