EXPORT CONTROL OFFICER Bekasi (Jawa Barat) - Cikarang
Qualification & Experience:
- Prefer female, possess at least Diploma degree any major area from reputable university. Fresh Graduated are welcome to apply
- Good command in English, both oral and written is a must
- Computer literate.
- Ready to be placed at Cikarang – Bekasi.
- Knowledge on Export Control Regime will be an advantage
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Manage export control program to ensure compliance with internal export control program
- Provide guidance and ensure that export, import and trade activities within every company department correctly follow procedures that are compliant to internal export control program.
- Provide training program on export control to staffs and business partners
- Perform audit on export control program for internal as well as business partners
- Prepare documents for submitting export license application for transaction and sales activities which require export license approval
- Co-ordinate with both sales and technicaldepartment to ensure operation activities comply with internal program
