Qualification & Experience:
- Experience min. 3 years in Current Position
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Accounting Ability
- To work under pressure, to strict deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Male, max 35 years old
- Be a team player and committed to business improvement.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office products and computerized accounting systems
- Having Brevet A and B is the advantage
- Fluent in English ,both oral & written
- Familiar operate Ms. Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Update on knowledge of tax procedure and regulation
- Having knowledge and deep understand for PSAK
- Able to use MYOB
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Invoicing and Accounts Payable Processes
- Having knowledge and experience about site finance activities.
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
- Maintains financial security by follow
- Support on application of withholding and value added tax on vendor and customer invoices, checking for tax documentation of company operation on daily basis.
- Support for tax compliance and reporting on monthly and annual basis with accuracy and timely manner in accordance with regulation; checking for the correct form used, tax rate applied, checking for the payment
- Support for tax audit; prepare data to be sent to auditors, checking on compliance of tax audit rules
- To assist monthly, quarterly and annual closing report for statutory; prepare daily entries related to taxation, prepare reconciliation report between fiscal and commercial to identify all differences.
- Organize filling documentation for company taxation.
