Qualification & Experience:
- Experience in the same field at least 15 years with minimum 5 years as Production Manager (1)
- Experience in the same field at least 10 years (2)
- Experience in the same field at least 5 years (3,4,5)
- Experience in the same field at least 2 years (6,7)
- Has good knowledge in operational excellence in oil & gas industry
- Bachelor degree in Petroleum or related technical engineering from reputable university (1,2,4,5)
- Bachelor degree in Legal (3)
- Bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting (6)
- Bachelor degree in Civil from Sriwijaya University (7)
- Advanced experience in oil & gas industry
- Understand current regulation for oil & gas
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skill
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Good team player or individual
- Able to work within flexible hours
- Willing to relocated in a field South Sumatera
