SECRETARY TO DIRECTOR - Based in Bandung
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 5 years of proven track record in assuming similar function and role
- Strong organization skill with ability to coordinate multiple tasks and schedule of Executive
- Indonesian with age max 35 years old
- Diploma III secretary, preferably sarjana degree from reputable university
- Good interpersonal and communication skill with high level of English proficiency
Responsibilities:
- Reporting directly to the Director, the appointed candidate will perform the general secretarial duties. The task may include but not limited to scheduling appointment and meeting, preparing presentation, making travel
- arrangement and coordinating work with either internal and external party
