We provide on-demand time-definite and day-certain door to door delivery services for documents, parcels and freight. Currently we are looking for a professional to build a career with us. CUSTOMER SERVICE FRONTLINE REPRESENTATIVE (BANDUNG)
Qualification & Experience:

• Min Diploma 3 degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in related field especially service industry, pleasant personality, excellent communication skills,having export import knowledge would be an advantage, good verbal and written English skills and familiarity in using Ms. Office.
• Job Description and Responsibilities:
• Report directly to Depot Manager Bandung. This position is responsible to handle incoming calls, customer’s inquiry and complaint, as well as assist to fill customer needs and to maintain our service excellence.
