Qualification & Experience:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior Health & Safety training is preferable
- Ability to work under pressure and as a part of a team reporting to the flight service manager (FSM)
- Initiative and ability to work independently
- Experience at a 5 Star hotel or restaurant as a chef de partie is desirable
- Internationally recognized chef apprentinceship or journeymen qualification
- Ability to demonstrate organizational skills and reliability
- Must be enthusiastice and customer focused
- Proportional Posture (Min. 158 for female and 165 for male, with Ideal Weight)
- Maximum Age 40 years old
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present 5 star cuisine to first class pasengers with the utmost care and attention to detail
- Ensure all areas of the gallery are clean, hygienic, and tidy at all times
- Must be able to interact with passenger with confidence informastion on the first class menu
- Work as a key member of the first class cabin crew as required
- Build rapport with passengers aiming for a high level of customer satisfaction
- Be flexible about work rosters that may vary to due to ever changing business needs and staffing situations
- Maintain a high level of personal hygience and personal grooming at all times
