Qualification & Experience:
- Having experience as engineer Telecommunication in Installation Project min.2 years
- Familiar with BTS 8800, Ceragon S340 and other ZTE Equipment;
- Proactive, excellence leadership and management skills
- Candidate must be willing to travel around country or overseas
- Male, below 30 years old
- Graduated from a reputable university min with a Bachelor's (S1), Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunications is preference
- Computer Literate and able to use technology effectively
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Must have good discipline, strong initiative, result oriented with strong personal drive
- Possess high integrity, high spirit and energy to lead control improvement process
- A team player with matured attitude and ability to work independently with min. supervision in a highly demanding environment
- English proficiency, both in report writing and speaking is must.
- Job Description and Responsibilities:
- In charge of the BTS/MW installation, commissioning, expansion, cutover, upgrade, and other technical work;
- BTS/MW daily maintenance and troubleshooting
- Arrange plan and schedule
