PROCESS ENGINEER - Jawa Barat
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience to review and check Material Balance, Process Flow Diagram, Process & Instrumentation Diagram, Equipment Data Sheet, etc.
- Knowledge in the use of HYSYS, STX (Exchange Thermal Design) and other process simulation software.
- Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering with a minimum 6 years of related experience preferably from a background in working for consultancy organizations in the FEED or EPC of the Oil and Gas Industry.'
- Exposure to FEED and/or EPC environments.
- In depth knowledge with standard international specifications and codes i.e. API codes
- Experience to review & check calculation of equipment design conditions, equipment sizing selection, equipment type selection.
- Experience to review & check design and equipment calculations and diagrams for identification and verification of equipment requirements including calculations for valve sizes, pumps, vessels, exchangers, columns, safety valves, control valves, shutdown valves, line sizing, and etc.
- Experience in HAZID/HAZOP Review Meeting
MECHANICAL & PIPING ENGINEER - Jawa Barat
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience to review and check Mechanical & Piping Specification and Data Sheets including equipment sizing, identification of equipment specifications and equipment interface including compressors, pumps, turbines, controls, power supply, utility requirements, environmental regulation requirements, PWHT requirements, radiography requirements, material of construction, nozzle details, code of construction, fireproofing, insulation, and etc.
- Experience in HAZID/HAZOP Review Meeting
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum 6 years of experience preferable from a background in working for consultancy organizations in the FEED or EPC of the Oil and Gas Industry or Petrochemical industry.
- Exposure to FEED and/or EPC environments.
- Knowledge in the use related mechanical & piping engineering software.
- In depth knowledge with standard international specifications and codes i.e. API, ASTM, ASME, TEMA, AWWA codes, and etc.
