JUNIOR HELPDESK ANALYST – JAKARTA - Bogor (Jawa Barat)
Qualification & Experience:
- Has 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Help Desk Operations, Trouble Shooting And Problem Solving.
- Required language(s): English
- Applicants must be willing to work in South Jakarta.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Designated to record and respond to issues or problems within the required SLA. Escalate issues to the Team Lead in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the UK Service Desk Team, Group Systems Team, Development Team to ensure that call gets second level support
- Acknowledge issues reported to Help Desk (phone and email)
- Investigate issues upon receipt to assess if it needs 2nd level escalation
- Accepts and log all calls, including requests and incidents, reported by business users
- Provides first level support on issues or problems related to application
- Simulate items reported by client for validation
- Suggest work around procedure (if there is any) to the client for major issues
- Follow up resolution of issues escalated 2nd Level of Support
- Coordinates the reported error/problem on hardware, network and other software to appropriate Administrator for immediate action
- Documents resolution of issues/errors/problems reported by the client
- Familiarize configuration of Incident Logging System (i.e. www.service-now.com)
- Knowledge of: Blackberry Enterprise Server, Microsoft Office suite 2010, VMware, McAfee anti-virus, Outlook,
- Hardware: Installation, Setup & Support: Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Handheld PCs, Blackberries, iPhones
