RAW MATERIAL ADMINISTRATION (WAREHOUSE)
Qualification & Experience:
- Have 1 year of working experience in Warehouse area.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Computer literate and familiar with ERP System
- Male , max 30 years old
- Min Diploma majoring Business Adminitration or any field.
- Good incommunicatin especially English conversation
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Responsibilities
- Receiving Warehouse and inputting into ERP System
- Coordinating with Purchasing and Import for Incoming Material
- Preparing Purchase Order from Material Request
- Any work that connected with Raw Material incoming and outgoing to production
WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATOR (DELIVERY)
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience in Warehouse admin area at least 1 year
- Good administration and filing system
- Good communication skill and persuasive
- Female, max 30 years old
- Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Computer literate and familiar using ERP System
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Job Description and Responsibilities :
- Preparing delivery note for OEM ,OES, & Distributor
- Coordinating with warehouse keeper againts delivery material preapration
- Coordinating with SCM Team fro delivery matter (suh as claim,request,etc)
- Make sure the Fleet and Delivery Note Match for closing
