MORTGAGE SPECIALIST
Qualification & Experience:

• Have 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• The successful candidate will be based in Bandung

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Drive mortgage sales performance to deliver growth that meet branch objectives; by growing mortgage sales, improving mortgage productivity; fostering relationships with referral sources (branch, property agent
• and developer) and developing strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and advocacy.
• Execute sales discipline through implementation of daily sales report, weekly progress report, etc.
• Develop techniques to overcome customer objections.
• Build strong network within customer base to encourage repeat buyer and customer referral.
