Qualification:

• Having knowledge and skill of minim& one of electrical & civil Software (PDS, ETAP. Staad Pro etc) and having knowledge of International code and standard for electrical and civil standard (ASME, JIS, ISA, ANSI, ACI, UBC. etc) is preferable.
• Working experience in executing quality management control and systems in projects
• Knowledge of various conditions of contracts and subcontract administration.
• Capable of establishing construction planning system, procedure and implementation
• Have 10 years workings experience in related job.
• Strong project management skill with experience in manage projects for electrical and civil works
• Implementation activities of EPC, commissioning and completion for industrial coal fired steam power plant would become advantage.
• Excellent command in English and must be computer literate
• To be placed in Cirebon area (site office)

Shift Supervisor - Production
Job Requirements:

• Have 5 years experiences and should have a relevant accredited degree with adequate training supported by power plant experience at a similar level in power station operations or maintenance, or in a similar industrial environment.
• Have good oral and written English communication skills.
• PC Literate with Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
• Proactive, hardworking and able to work in a dynamic workplace and able to work in a team.
• Have excellent interpersonal skill, energetic, mature, Honest, Discipline & dynamic

Job Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Production Manager, this position provides first line management for a shift team engaged in the operations of Paiton coal fired generating facilities.
• The Shift Supervisor will manage the operation of a coal fired electric generating facility for maximum efficiency and output while maintaining environmental compliance and employee safety.
• He coordinates with PLN on system operational matters including load scheduling & conducts shift hand over meeting with other shift teams.
