Qualification:

• Have 3 years experience in HR Generalist & Industrial Relation, Legal or Manpower Contract Analysis
• Good knowledge in Labor Law, HR Management and Industrial Relation
• Bachelor degree S1 in Law
• Able to perform communication skill (presentation skill), analytical thinking and problem solving
• Good command in English both written & speaking
• Computer literate (MS Windows Program)

Responsibilities:

• Under general direction from Coordinator Personnel Service & Industrial Relation, perform the function of Industrial Relation
• Handle Manpower Contract Service administration, monitor and develop Company Policy.

Qualification:

• Have 3 years experience in administration and filling system, preferably in oil & gas industry
• Have Certified PTK 007 is an advantage
• Male or Female, Diploma Degree in Secretarial, Business Administration, or other related discipline
