Safety Officer (SO 1010)
Job Requirements:
Have 5 years experience in Oil & Gas Industry.
Experience on HSE management system within Oil & Gas contractors of PSC.
Experience in supervise & perform HSE Inspection on fabrication and construction stage.
Experience in making report tracking & making recommendation for HSE continuous improvement.
Graduate S1 in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
Having excellent communication skills, teamwork and leadership skills.

Job Description and Responsibilities:
Conduct and implement occupational safety programs, incident lesson learnt to achieve a high level of safety in all areas of Indonesia operations; conduct risk assessment activities and assurances to enhance level of safety awareness and inculcate safety culture aimed at achieving high safety performance standard.
Assist Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) implementation on HSE Pre-Qualification, Site Visit and Safety Inspection/Audit.

• Good knowledge about HSE / K3 procedure.
• Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result.
• Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost.
• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills.

HRD (Supervisor – Superintendent)
Job requirement

• Graduate S1 in law / psychology or management.
• Have 3-5 years experience as HR Generalist, preferably from mining, manufacture or construction industry.
• Well understanding about man power regulation, recruitment and training, compensation benefit, payroll, industrial relation, performance appraisal and human resource information system (HRMS).

GENERAL AFFAIR (Superintendent)
Job requirement

• Graduate min D3 or S1 in economic / management / engineering.
• Have 5 years experience, preferably from mining industry.
• Have experience in building maintenance, legal aspect, office asset management, travel services and general affair matters.
• Well understanding about K3 / HSE.

MINING PRODUCTION (Supervisor-Superintendent)
Job requirement

• Graduate S1 in mining engineering / geology.
• Have 3-5 years experience in mining company.
• Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities (heavy equipment, man power, etc).
• Able to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process.
• Good understanding about HSE / K3 procedures.
• Possessed POP certificate will be an advantage.

ENVIRONMENT (Supervisor-Superintendent)
Job requirement

• Graduate S1 in forestry / agriculture / environmental engineer.
• Have 3-5 years experience in related field, preferably from mining industry.
• Good knowledge about nursery, waste management and mining reclamation.
• Good knowledge about HSE / K3 in mining company.

GRADE CONTROL MINING (Supervisor-Superintendent)
Job requirement

• Graduate S1 in mining engineering or geology.
• Have 3-5 years experience in mining company.
• Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling to control of mining quality.
• Responsible for the grade quality of the ore production.
• Responsible for the stockpiles.
• Good understanding about HSE / K3.

LOGISTIC / PURCHASING (Supervisor-Superintendent)
Job requirement

• Graduate min D3 / S1 degree from faculty of technical / logistic management or administration.
• Have 3-5 years experience in mining or heavy equipment industry.
• Plan, organize and control logistics operations, including inbound / outbound logistic, inventory management (for logistic position).
• Well understanding about purchasing matters such as: purchase order; price comparison and make a link/connection to supplier (for purchasing position).

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING (Staf-Supervisor-Superintendent)
Job requirement:

• Graduate S1 in Accounting from reputable university.
• Have 2 - 7 years of experience in finance & accounting.
• Strong understanding in accounting and financial reporting.
• Posses certificate Brevet A –B would be an advantage.

MARINE SAFETY OFFICER
Job requirement

• Have 3 years experience as safety officer in shipping company or shipyard.
• Graduate S1 in marine merchant academy, public health, or transportation engineering.
• Posses AK3 certificate and knowledge SMK3 system.
• Good knowledge about QMS on ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001.
• Monitoring safety movement of all fleet (from stock yard to tug/barges, Mother Vessel, Floating Cranes) and also monitoring of dry dock.
• Conduct regular HSE inspection at sites to ensure all identified HSE potential hazard are managed properly as stated and or oblige.
• Accountable for reporting all type accident (Fatality, LTI, Medical Aid, First Aid, Property Damage, Near Miss and Fire).

CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER SUPERVISOR
Job requirement

• Graduate min D3 or S1 in Civil Engineering.
• Have 3 years experience, preferably from construction or mining industry.
• Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet. Able to use construction software such as: AutoCAD, CorelDraw, Ms. Project, Visio, Adobe PhotoShop.
• Capable of planning in budgeting, cost material, manpower and other supporting stuffs in order to build houses, roads, bridges, port and waste treatment.
• Well understanding about K3 / HSE.

GENERAL REQUIREMENT:

• Male, max 45 years old.
• Willing to be place in Maluku Island, Halmahera with rotation schedule.
