Loading Foreman- Taboneo (LF)

• 2 years working experience in sea service (preferably in dry bulk carrier) as Deck Officer on board
• Male, Graduate of Marine Merchanshlp Academy or similar field discipline
• Holding the certificate ANT-III/MPB-111

Port Captain - kelanis (PC)

• Holding mm certificate ANT-III
• Male, graduate in marine academic
• 2 years experience in port captain
• Knowledge of draft survey

Legal Officer. (LO)

• Male, S1 degree in Law Perdata
• Min, 3 years of experience in legal officer

Safety Foreman (SF)

• 3 years of experienced in safety mining.
• Male. S-1 degree in Engineering, Safety and Mining

Mine Supervisor-(MS)

• S1/D3 Degree in Mine Engineering
• 3 years (S1) / 5 years (D3) of experience in mine operations / planning
• Good knowledge of drilling & blasting

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Good attitude, honest, self-motivated, team player, leadership, strong analysis, conceptual thinking; communicative: cooperative and ready to work under pressure.
• Willing to be stationed in remote location (some position in Kelanis or Taboneo)
• Maximum 35 years old.
• Good in English both written and spoken will be an advantage
• Good in computer application in related position.

6. Quality
Responsible plan, arrange, implement, and control all activities
related to product quality, especially to lessen defect per unit (DPU).

7. Maintenance
Responsible to plan, arrange, implement, and control all activities
related to car production, especially in maintenance department.
Maintain good teamwork in order to determine and control production
plan.


Qualifications
1. Undergraduate Degree (S1) of Mechanical Eng. , Electric

2. Minimum GPA 2,9 (scale of 4) & show evidence of good level in English (oral & written).

1. General Affair
Responsible to provide, control, and maintain the availability of all company(s) devices.

2. Production
Responsible to make sure that all production-related activities, such
as daily operation, production recovery plan is well-operated.

3. Engineering & Vehicle Logistics
Responsible to make sure that all engineering-related activities is
well-maintained. Control the flow process of vehicle logistics.

4. Environmental Health & Safety
Responsible to make sure that all safety & health activities, such
as waste water treatment, air circulation, etc. are well-maintained
& controlled.

5. Maintenance
Responsible to make sure that all production-related equipment is well maintained.

6. Export & Import
Responsible to make sure that all activities related to export – import
traffic activities. Maintain good teamwork to government institutions
& all related section, internal nor external.

7. Purchasing
Responsible to maintain and control all procurement administration activities.
