Telesales / Telecoverage Staff
Requirements
- Graduate min Diploma D3 but preferably S1
- Male / Female age max 30 years old
- Have experience, 2 - 3 years (the longger the better) as telesales/telecoverage, preferably from IT, Telecommunication or Automotive Industry.
- Have 2-3 years experience selling Hardware products through telephone
- Excellent Communication, negotiation and presentation skills, both Indonesia and English
- Have excellent interpersonal skill, energetic, mature, Honest, Discipline & dynamic
- Having good interpersonal and communication skill
Job Description & Responbility :
- Maintain and manage Customer database. Cleaning, updating, and registering new accounts/customers.
- Follow up and validating leads from all Acer commercial events.
- Do regular call to all active and dormant customers to find/create new leads/opportunities or to find other issues.
- Transfer valid leads to Account Manager (AM).
- To pass any important/urgent info from customers call to AM, re: complaint, event, meeting request, etc.
- To help AM to follow up Acer invitation for all commercial events, to confirm registration, etc.. (usually we need some help from CSD call center as well, but only for this part of desk job)
- Direct report to commercial head, and matrix supervision to call center head (CSD).
