Production / Operation Department Head (Code : PDH)
Qualification:

• Have 7 years experience in mining industry with minimum 5 years in managerial level as Production Department Head
• Well understanding about mining operation (design, production, facility, equipment, man power)
• Good knowledge about HSE / K3 procedure
• Able to maintain harmonious relationship with local and central government related to mining policies and procedures as well as CSR
• Male, max 45 years old
• Bachelor Degree S1 in mining engineering
• Computer Literate in using MS office and mining software such as: minescape, minex and surpac
• Minimum POM certificate
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Willing to be located in site : South Kalimantan

Purchasing Technical Section Head (Code : PTS)
Qualification:

• Have 5 years experience as Purchasing Technical
• Having good communication and negotiation skills
• Male, max 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree S1 in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Strong interpersonal skill in team, self motivated person and independent
• Computer Literate in using MS office
• Willing to be located in remote area

Civil Supervisor (Code : Civil)
Qualification:

• Have 3 Years Experience in road infrastructure, bridge, port
• Have experience in Construction and hauling road maintenance will be advantage
• Have “Keahlian Pelaksana Jalan “ certificate is prefered
• Bachelor Degree S1 in Civil Engineering from reputable university
• Good analytical ability and have a good problem solving
• Having good leadership, general managerial, project management, good analytical and problem solving
• Be able to adapt quickly

HR Supervisor (Code : HR)
Qualification:

• Have 3 years experience in handling HR activities
• Have a comprehensive knowledge about Human Resources Development and Indonesia labour
• Excellent working knowledge of Industrial Relations practice, labor law or government regulation, employment agreement, HR Procedures and Process
• Bachelor Degree S1 in Psychology/Law/Management
• Experience in handling compensation-benefit and personnel administration
• Experience in coal mining or another related project based industry will be an advantage
• Strong leadership skills and good team work
• Will be placed in site South Kalimantan

Geotechnical Modeling Engineer/Geotechnical Engineer (Code : Geotech)
Qualification:

• Have 2 years experiences in the geotechnical, large open cut mining and mine engineering
• Mining heavy industry experience is essential
• Bachelor Degree S1 in Geology/Mining Engineering
• “Pratama” Certification – Mine and Energy – preferred
• Superior skills in geotechnical drilling and surface sampling, filed mapping, installation of ground water monitoring wells, installation and analysis of geotechnical instrument for slope movement
• Superior skills in the in geotechnical analysis and modeling using geotechnical software
• Self motivated and self starter
• Good interpersonal relationship skill
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Must possess good communication skill in Indonesian and English

Pit Geotechnical Section Head / Geotech Model & Development Sect. Head (Code : Geotech SH)
Qualification:

• Have 5 years experiences in the geotechnical, large open cut mining and mine engineering
• Mining heavy industry experience is essential
• Superior skills in geotechnical drilling and surface sampling, filed mapping, installation of ground water monitoring wells, installation and analysis of geotechnical instrument for slope movement
• Bachelor Degree S1 in Geology/Mining Engineering
• “Pratama or Madya” Certification – Mine and Energy – preferred
• Superior skills in the in geotechnical analysis using of geotechnical software of both LEM (Slope/W, Galena, Swedge, etc) & FEM (Phase2, Seep/W, Sigma/W)
• Self motivated and self starter
• Good interpersonal relationship skill
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Must possess good communication skill in Indonesian and English
• Have experience in river / creek diversion is an advantage

Surveyor Supervisor (Code : Survey)
Qualification:

• Have 2 years experience in coal mining industry
• Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software
• Bachelor Degree S1in Geodetic from reputable University
• Ready worked in remote area.
• Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed surveys of mine operation
• Preparation of plan from field survey
• Understand to do survey & data process by manual & computerized system
• Scheduling and conducting the mine survey by using total station instrument (Total Station, Theodolite, etc)

Quality Control Supervisor(Code : QC)
Qualification:

• Have 2 - 3 year experience in a similar role at coal projects as Coal Quality Control
• Knowledge and understanding of clients, consultants, suppliers & subcontractors
• Bachelor degree S1 in Geology
• Good communication skills and analytical thinking
• Computer literacy
• Ready worked in remote area
• Responsibilities:
• To provide the coal quality and processing plan which guides the mining operation in alignment with the clients coal requirements. Paramount in this is the profitability of the mining operation.

Long Term Mine Plan Supervisor (Code : MPS)
Qualification:

• Have 5 Years Experience as mine plan engineer in coal mining industry
• Having POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya) certificate is preferable
• Computer Literate in using MS office and mining software such as: minescape, minex and surpac
• Bachelor Degree S1 in Mining Engineering from reputable university
• Good analytical ability and have a good problem solving
• Having good leadership, general managerial, project management, good analytical and problem solving
• Ready worked in remote area

SHE Supervisor (Code : SHE)
Qualification:

• Have 3 years experience in coal mining industry
• Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable
• Bachelor Degree S1 in Environmental Engineer or equivalent
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Well understanding about mining operation
• Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure and regulation, and environmental management
• Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE) strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation
• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Willing to be placed in site

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Manage the collation of the site Project Monthly Report (PMR) templates and MIS targets and review daily, weekly and monthly production and cost information in order to seek business improvement initiatives.
• Coach and mentor technical support staff in order to make them understand and manage the technical implications within contracts and in readiness for assuming more responsibility.
• Ensure all mine plans are completed in accordance with the mining contract terms and conditions.
• Relieve for the Project Manager while they are on leave in order to lead mining operations.
• Monitor mining operation performance and liaise with the Project Manager and site engineering staff to foster efficiencies through competent Engineering services skills and disciplines
• Audit the project engineering departments to ensure quality systems, procedures and resources are effectively implemented.
