Process Safety Engineer - Jakarta Raya
Qualification :

• Have 7 year work relevant experience of Process Safety Engineering within Upstream Oil & Gas
• Capable of HAZOP/HAZID leadership including HAZOP/HAZID close out
• Bachelor Degree S1 in Process Engineering or a related discipline
• Current safety management courses
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Strong computer skills

Responsibilities :

• Ensure all process safety design at existing facilities and new development facilities comply with safety requirements stipulated in International Codes & Standards, Company procedures & regulations and Government regulations.
• Provide Engineering Production support on related process safety issues by responding the technical query, follow-up Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), provide suggestions and recommendations on any production issue, lead HAZOP/HAZID team, studies and calculation as necessary, etc.
• Prepare/review Process Engineering aspects of safety concerns/systems, such as fire protection system, process control systems, emergency shutdown systems, illumination plans, layout/separation distance etc.
• Provide Process Safety Engineering input on projects during design, construction and start up phases.
• Evaluate potential hazards/adverse impacts of existing design/processes facilities and provide assists with the development of suitable controls.
• Identify/evaluate potentials fire exposure and recommend controls to reduce the fire hazards consistent with recognized industry standards.
• Monitor/perform incident investigations, reporting and analysis, including development and maintenance of records and accident/incident data base system.
• Develop criteria for verifying the effectiveness of loss prevention related activities and facilitate loss prevention inspections to facilities to verify provisions.
• Participate in professional/technical development activities of subordinates in the production and engineering field
• Participate on process safety engineering studies such as QRA, LOPA, HAZOP, HAZID, etc.

Job Description :

• The role will be reporting to the Senior Production Operations Manager and based in Jakarta, you will provide advice and support to the production operations group on Health, Safety, Environmental, and Security matters relating to offshore and logistical operations.
• You will track HSE performance, trends, and issues and advise leadership and individuals on improving performance, in a proactive and constructive manner. You will act as a link to the HSE function and provide practical support for reviews, audits, and new HSE programmes or initiatives agreed with them.
• You will ensure that HSE management systems are fit for purpose and practical, and that they are operating properly.

Responsibilities:

• Establish a monthly HSES meeting for production operations where performance is reviewed and risks are discussed and managed
• Ensure learning from other operations and departments to prevent incidents before they occur
• Ensure all incidents are reported and investigated appropriate to their severity or potential severity
• Review of HSES contractor management systems
• Establish standards and targets, monitoring and periodically reporting on progress/achievements made against these, standards and targets (KPI’s)
• Recommend corrective actions and implement necessary changes/controls to ensure achievement of plans, standards and targets.
• Guide and direct offshore locations, supply bases and external suppliers/contractors in meeting HSES requirements
• Ensure ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and Green “PROPER” ratings are retained
• Ensure updated Emergency Contingency Plans are in place tested
• Support the recruitment, training and development of offshore HSES staff
• Assist with development of training modules for HSE skill sets in the Competency Assurance Management system (CAMS)
• Support proper and timely completion of SIMOPS manuals, HAZOP reviews, Risk Assessment, and subsequent “close out” of actions
• Support contract managers with HSE aspects of external consultants and contractors, ensuring they meet or exceed Premier Oil requirements
• Monthly review of EARS. Hazard Report, STOP, and CARS action lists, “close out” of action items
• Participate in audit programme (PTW, contractor HSE plans) to offshore, logistic supply bases, and contractor facilities. Provide the report of the findings and monitor the corrective actions follow up.

Having knowledge about OHSAS and Government HSE Regulation and its implementation is preferable.

5. LEGAL SUPERVISOR / MANAGER (LGS / LGM)
Responsible in all legal activities, compliance with the Law and regulation, develop and monitor implementation of legal procedure and legal drafting agreement, familiar with Indonesian law and other regulation, providing legal advices upon legal disputes settlement as well as Indonesian legal system with its substance.

6. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR / MANAGER (FAS / FAM)
Responsible to deal with at financial activities, including administration handling, good ability in performing analysis on financial report, capable of preparing financial report, having good knowledge in AR, GL, and taxation is preferable. Should have knowledge about financial budgeting.

7. PROCUREMENT & LOGISTIC SUPERVISOR MANAGER (PLS / PLM)
Responsible to handle local and international product purchase, storing products, managing warehouse and delivering products. Experienced in importing products would be prefered. Possess a good negotiation skill, team working and interpersonal skills as well as strong leadership.

8. PROJECT ENGINEER (PE)
Responsible to lead, manage and supervise data-centered projects (including mechanical / electrical contractor jobs) of the company. Performing project management role; scheduling, budgeting, man power planning of every data-centered project within the company. Another responsibilities are to handle maintenance and trouble shooting in mechanical and electrical problems. Minimum qualification is bachelor of engineering (major in industrial, mechanical, electrical, civil or architecture).

General Requirements:

• Have more 5 years experiences in the field of energy trading or construction (Manager), 3-5 years experiences (Supervisor).
